This Policy applies to refunds for physical products purchased through Vitalix Home.
2. Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
2.1 Free Cancellation Within 3 Hours
You may cancel your order within three (3) hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped.
2.2 Cancellations After 3 Hours (15% Cancellation Fee)
If you request cancellation more than three (3) hours after placing your order, but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee of the item value will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
2.3 No Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still request a refund within the 30-day refund window below.

3. 30-Day Refund Window (No Item Return Required)
We offer a 30-day refund window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered. To qualify, you must submit your refund request within 30 days of delivery. No physical return of the merchandise is required for most refund claims.

Because items are often not physically returned, we may request reasonable proof to validate refund requests, such as:
